Rock Salt is a family-owned and operated Albany restaurant created for relaxed dining, generous food and bringing people together.
Friday nights belong to our Texas Smokehouse Buffet, featuring low-and-slow smoked favourites such as brisket, pulled pork, house-smoked sausages, Southern chicken and comforting smokehouse sides.
Saturday nights become The Big Seafood Bash, Seafood buffet featuring smoky paprika prawns ,golden battered local gummy shark, hot butter cuttlefish, chilli mussels and Southern-inspired sides.
Our smokehouse food is prepared in-house with care by Pitmaster Dilon Rosa, while Michelle Lee brings Rock Salt’s house-made desserts and mixology to life.
